PRO Status Medical Appeal Process
At the European Roundnet Association (EURA), we recognize that significant injuries can sideline even the most dedicated athletes. To ensure the integrity of the PRO division while supporting our players, we offer a Medical Appeal Process for those who have lost their PRO status due to an extended injury.

Eligibility Criteria
This appeal process is strictly reserved for extended injuries that have prevented a player from competing at their full potential. To be eligible for a status review, the following conditions must be met:
-
Impact on Season: The player must have been affected by the injury for at least half (50%) of the EURA-organized European Tour Series (ETS) events during the competitive season.
-
Medical Documentation: Applicants must provide official proof of injury from a licensed medical professional. This documentation must include:
-
The nature of the injury.
-
The date of occurrence.
-
A suggested recovery timeline or "return to play" date.
-

Deadlines for Submission
Timely submission is critical for season planning and seeding.
-
Standard Deadline: Appeals must be submitted no later than one month after the conclusion of the European Championship.
-
Special Extension: For the 2025 season, the submission deadline has been extended to February 1st, 2026, to allow players additional time to gather necessary documentation.

How to Apply
If you meet the criteria above, please complete the Medical Appeal Form below. Ensure all medical files are attached in PDF or JPEG format. The EURA Player Committee will review all submissions and provide a decision via email within 14 business days.
